Distillerie Moccia was established in 1946, in Ferrara, when its founder Mauro Moccia, created a special recipe for an unique Zabaglione Liqueur and he called it ZABOV.

Taken from regional traditions and customs – ZABOV made with egg yolks, fresh ingredients and a special flavor of Italian Brandy, is a distinctive liqueur which mixes a genuine “homemade” product with a modern mixing attitude and a wide range of different flavors like ZABOV with Chocolate and ZABOV with Espresso coffee.

Distillerie Moccia is one of the last family –owned liquor Company located in Italy, Its attention is focused on producing high quality liqueurs based on the artisanal Italian tradition.
