Shuichi Nagatomo has over 20 years experience as a bartender in Fukuoka & Tokyo. He is recognized as a successor to Mr Kazuo Uyeda and mentor in his own right to generations of Japanese bartenders. Shuuichi owns Bar Seven Seas, Bar Palme D’or, and Bar Oscar- a bartender at the latter- and board member in numerous Japanese bartending organizations. His many cocktail competitions victories stretch as far back as 1994, and he is delighted to share his passion for his country and his craft with us in New Orleans.
