Gendusa is a New Orleans native and a respected teacher for 38 years. After his retirement, he joined forces with Tales of the Cocktail® founder, Ann Tuennerman, to start what is known today as New Orleans Original Cocktail Tour. Gendusa has also written a book entitled History With A Twist, the ultimate guide to cocktail culture in New Orleans with a forward by Tuennerman. It was published in 2008 and is now in its fifth printing.
