Bryan Bruce is a Southern California native, growing up in one of the country's premiere citrus regions, Redlands, CA. He was deep rooted in horticulture from an early age having access to family members in the Extension Master Gardener Programs. He first started in the hospitality industry serving and bartending over 9 years ago. He quickly started understanding and exercising the correlation between local terroir and his knowledge behind the bar. In 2013 he began work with Proprietors LLC in Riverside, CA at W. Wolfskill, a progressive citrus forward cocktail bar. After developing their cocktail program he has gone on to consult for numerous bars and restaurants and is currently bartending at The Walker Inn, in Los Angeles, CA.
