I am the Head of Bar Communications at London Edition, working primarily with the Punch Room team but also Berners Tavern and Lobby Bar. I founded The London Sessions last year, and I do freelance work for London bars including Peg + Patriot. I worked at Callooh Callay for 6 years (intermitently) as the Marketing and PR Manager, and also designed the menus (in 2012 we won a Spirited Award for World's Best Cocktail Menu). Over the past 10 years I have worked with venues (Milk and Honey, Portobello Star and more) and brands (OCHO Tequila, St Germain and more) around the UK, spoken globally (usually about menus and marketing), and written for publications including Difford's Guide and Cocktail Lovers.

When I'm not working for, researching or writing about bars, I drink in them. I specialise in menu design, social media, brand identity and brand image.
