With over 15 years of experienced in the hospitality industry, Paul has consulted on beverage programs for high profile clients such as GHM Americas Hotel Group, Morgan’s Hotel Group, Table 8 Restaurant Group, Fontainebleau Miami, The Betsy Hotel, and OSI Restaurants to name a few. His cocktails and expertise have been featured in such publications as Dujour Magazine, GQ, Miami Herald, Zagats, Travel and Leisure, Tasting Panel, Financial Times, and Bartender Magazine.
