Formerly behind the bar at the Florida Room in the iconic Delano Hotel in Miami Beach, Paul is currently the US Director of Brand Ambassador for Disaronno International. With over 15 years of experienced in the hospitality industry, Paul has consulted on beverage programs for high profile clients such as GHM Americas Hotel Group, Morgan’s Hotel Group, Table 8 Restaurant Group, Fontainebleau Miami, The Betsy Hotel, and OSI Restaurants to name a few. His cocktails and expertise have been featured in such publications as Dujour Magazine, GQ, Miami Herald, Zagats, Travel and Leisure, Tasting Panel, Financial Times, and Bartender Magazine.
