Oron is the owner and bartender of the newly opened French57 bar in Tel Aviv, bringing New Orleans vibes to the middle east, paying homage to the cocktails originating from New Orleans past and present and to the French 75 bar specifically.

Before the French57 bar, Oron helped build the the first bar in Tel Aviv to recieve international recognition, as well as taught seminars discussing cocktail creativity and psychological aspects of bar work, and has been a Cocktail Apprentice at Tales 2013
