Celia began her love affair with the hospitality industry over 12 years ago and has developed a passion for quality spirits and warm hospitality. Born and raised in South Africa Celia was first introduced to cocktail culture in New Zealand. Since then she has traversed the globe from Melbourne to Sydney, London, Paris and New York. With a lengthy background in cocktail bartending Celia has been a brand ambassador and most recently the International Spirits Ambassador for Gonzalez Byass.

Celia has always been motivated by a thirst for knowledge, there is always something or somebody to learn from. “Our industry is filled with so many wonderful people and resources, there will never be a good reason to stop learning and striving for greatness."
