I own the Turtle Restaurant, Gelateria and Enoteca in a Brownwood, Texas. We make international award winning gelato (sometimes with booze.) We have a pretty good wine list and an aspiring craft bar. We serve slow from scratch made food. I have a degree in sculpture but have studied pastry with Ramon Morato, chocolates with Jean Pierre Wybauw, and the art of the bar with the great Tipsey Texan, David Alan. I am a member of the Austin, Texas chapter of the USBG
