Malte is acting CEO of The 86 Company, which he founded back in 2010 together with industry peers Jason Kosmas, Dushan Zaric and Simon Ford after graduating with an MBA from top business school INSEAD in Paris, France. Previously, he spent 8 years with Absolut Vodka, where he first started as a Junior Brand Manager for the Caribbean and Central America, later moving into positions such as Regional Director for Latin America, Country Manager Canada and Marketing Director USA. Malte has an extensive international background; having lived and worked in 7 countries in 4 continents, he speaks 5 languages fluently.
