I am a 34 year old bartender in a resort bar. I have been behind my bar for 12 years and have effectively enticed our locals to come regularly out to a bar where the tourist run rampant. My bar is consistently packed on my shifts with guests that wouldn't otherwise be there. I have created a fun happening environment. What I would like to know more about is technique, and how to effectively integrate cocktail culture in to a whiskey and beer kinda of a town, not just my bar. And then what my next step is, where do I go now?
