A lover of all spirits, I Founded Osocalis distillery to produce classically styled brandies in the U.S. After three decades, I'm still a student and thus, continue to study distillation and fermentation around the world. An aficionado of fruit and grain based ferments, my real passion is well aged spirits of all categories. Most definitely a member of the Slow Distillation movement.
