Self-appointed #travellingbartender, Denzel Heath is a firm believer in the craft and graft of Hospitality. Hailing from South Africa, he has spent his most recent years travelling the continent of Africa to share his love and passion for bartending as a career with like-minded individuals of the trade. His earlier days behind the stick were spent slinging beverages at private executive clubs in Long Island, New York and Boca Raton, Florida. Currently he resides in Dubai where he is the Head of Maritime and Mercantile International's prestigious Bar Academy and the Ambassador for Bartender Brands.

He finds himself a part of the esteemed judging panel for World’s 50 Best Bars and holds a seat on the Tales of the Cocktail Seminar Selection Panel. In 2015 he completed the grueling BAR(Beverage Alcohol Resource) 5 Day program in New York and this year he completed his WSET(Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Spirit Educator Program. As part of the Tales of the Cocktail Apprentice Program Alumni, Class of 2014, he is well versed in beverage catering for the masses and does so on a regular basis in the UAE.
