Gender Intelligence: Breaking Through Barriers in the Bartending Industry

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

On Tuesday, July 19, Tales of the Cocktail® in collaboration with The 86 Company will welcome the Gender Intelligence Group to discuss Gender Intelligence®. Senior associates Stephane Cotichini and Suzanne Sherkin will lead an informative and active discussion on how to communicate with and more effectively understand the opposite gender.

The talk will focus on four key areas: The Science of Gender Intelligence®, understanding the chemical differences in people’s brains that result in productive cross-gender relationships; Gender Intelligence Communication, informed data around the real differences between how men and women communicate and how comprehending these differences will lead to more effective communicating and listening; Behaviors that Hinder Inclusiveness, understanding the quirks that men and women have to aid in avoiding those inadvertent mishaps that get in the way in the workplace; and Breaking Through the Gender Barriers, moving past the barriers that have been created over generations and tips on how to avoid creating barriers altogether.

We hope to see you on July 19 at 12 p.m. in the Queen Anne Ballroom at Hotel Monteleone to join in this discussion.
