About Ruby

Hidden away in an old listed building from 1740 is the cocktail bar Ruby,
situated in the oldest part of Copenhagen facing the parliament buildings. Ruby
opened in 2007. Today it is now spread over two floors in a hyggelig interior
serving seasonal cocktails and classic potions.

Copenhagen has been at the forefront of the innovative and vibrant Nordic food
frontier, even developing its own form of tourism; Gastro tourism.
Ruby has been following the unique local flavours and produce of Scandinavia
and combining them into its classic cocktail backbone. Classic drinking, forward
thinking…
