To understand bitters, is to understand the history of cocktails. Since the 1800s these powerful little tinctures have made good drinks into great ones. Hosted by Tobin Ludwig (Hella Bitters) and Auchentoshan Brand Ambassador, Robin Nance the session will take place at the iconic Pharmacy Museum in New Orleans — a nod to the medicinal origins of bitters. This interactive session will also explore why Auchentoshan, the only Scottish Single Malt to triple distill every single drop, is the perfect whisky to work with bitters. There will also be the chance to blend bitters in real-time from a wide array of botanical tinctures.
