Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Assoication is showcasing 7 authentic Shochu and 1 Awamori that are the most traditional and the national alcohol beverages of Japan along with Sake.With written records dating back to the 1500s, Shochu and Awamori are a Japanese distilled spirit that outsells Sake in present-day in Japan. There are various ingredients used for Shochu, and various ways to be enjoyed, with hot water or on the rocks.
