With brandy enjoying a reemergence as the next up-and-coming brown spirit, we will explore the versatility of brandy as a base for a wide range of classic cocktails, many of which were originally made with brandy to begin with! Using the brandies of Spain’s legendary Torres family, who have been distilling brandies near Barcelona since 1928, we will reinterpret classic American cocktails with one of our first imported spirits – brandy!
