Citrus Complexity: From Grove to Glass presented by Givaudan Flavors

Givaudan has a never-ending passion for Citrus. The heart of Givaudan’s citrus innovation can be found in our collaboration with the University of California’s Citrus Variety Collection, the world’s largest research Citrus grove.  Givaudan’s TasteTrek® Citrus program dates back to 2006 when we began working with UCR and nearly ten years later, our continuing collaboration typifies our ongoing commitment to both the University and Citrus.

During the Citrus Complexity Seminar Thursday afternoon we explored this pivotal cocktail ingredient with attendees. As an extension of this Seminar, Givaudan welcomes attendees to a Citrus Tasting Room to interact more closely with industry experts and to discover Citrus innovation in action. Explore our understanding behind rare and exotic Citrus varietals. Talk one-on-one with Citrus flavor experts about how to work with Citrus behind the bar. Create your own Moscow Mule by choosing one of the exotic and rare Citrus varietals at our DIY cocktail station.
