This interactive three part seminar will take you through a history and tasting of what ancient genevers probably tasted like, and how they compare to new products, genevers and gins, and Rutte's unique heritage and influence on the category. You will even get to taste a historic genever from World War II, from the original, closed bottle! And you will try several botanical distillates, straight from the pot still. Of course we will let you compare some classic cocktails, made with gin versus genever.
