Special guests Edoardo Branca (sixth generation Branca family member), Naren Young (bar keep, writer, and proprietor of Dante in New York City), and Scott Mayer (Infinium Spirits) will lead you in an exceptional immersion of vermouth.

Edoardo Branca will discuss the history of Vermouth and the legendary Carpano Vermouth portfolio and lead an in-depth tasting from the prestigious Antica Formula and Punt e Mes to the brand’s newcomers to the US market, Carpano Bianco and Carpano Dry.  

Naren Young will speak about Vermouth in the modern cocktail, unique applications, and some of the cocktails he has created featuring vermouth. From how-to be to practical knowledge, Naren will share why vermouth is a bartender’s secret weapon and deserves to be showcased, especially as a base spirit in cocktails.

Infinium Spirits’ own Scott Mayer will lead an interactive exercise in Flavor-Pairing. This versatile training will provide you with hands-on knowledge and practical experience for how to create better and more interesting cocktails for your customers using vermouth as a starting point.
