At every cocktail bar in the world, end of shift drinks are served with conversation about the most minute details of technique and service. And as our industry continues to expand globally, the cultural differences and cross-cultural truths exposed in those conversations are more evident than ever before. So join us as we discuss, demonstrate and raises glasses to 3 distinct international styles with our panel of industry leading bartenders from the U.S., Japan, and Latin America. We’ll examine the finer aspects of speed, service, showmanship and what makes a good bartender, as well as look at the influences from which each regional style is born. There’s more than one way to stir a cocktail, a カクテル, or a cóctel, and in this global summit we aim to figure out why. Barspoons will be crossed, shakers will fly, treaties will be broken.
