Hotels were not only the birthplace of bartending, they once held the highest esteem of drinkers. Fast-forward to now and those days are long gone -- many hotels chains have eviscerated their beverage programs and are commonly filled with sub-par products and un-skilled bartenders -- as hotel consultants, your work is cut out for you.
