I was born in Iran but also have Greek and Assyrian heritage. I came to America when I was 5 and moved to Miami when I was 7. In the last 30 years, in Miami, I have seen and been a part of its beatiful growth. Aside from working at AlambiQ I also run a bar in the Setai Hotel in South Beach Miami were we execute crafted and non crafted drinks in a high end establishment for the last 5 years.

  • Originally from Iran, (I'm Half Assyrian, quarter Greek and quarter Persian) Philip has been in hospitality since he was 18 and began bar tending at 21. Working at fine dining establishments like the Forge and Hotels likes Mayfair and Grove isle Philip has a history in the Finer styles of service and product. He is currently running the cocktail program at the Setai Miami Beach Hotel, South Beach. His Program consists of 14 infusions, 8 homemade syrups and a touch of molecular techniques. This has expanded his knowledge of flavors, and ability to pair and present cocktails in at different levels of service. Philip was placed in the top 5 in the US for the Bombay Sapphire Most imaginative competition in 2014
