Kate is the General Manager of HSL Hospitality in Bismarck, North Dakota. She oversees the operation of three bars, a restaurant, catering facility and retail operation, and has owned and operated her own award winning establishments. She is the current BATW World Champion and has started the Girls With Bols female bar mentorship program beginning in six major markets in the US this year. She is a consultant for Spike TV's Bar Rescue. Kate will be inducted into the Dames Hall of Fame this year at TOTC.
