About Eric “ET” Tecosky

Eric Tecosky is based in Los Angeles and is the founder and owner of Dirty Sue Premium Olive Juice. If you’re drinking a dirty martini in one of America’s finer cocktail establishments, odds are the “dirty” comes from Dirty Sue. Since the company’s founding, the product line has expanded to include cocktail garnishes like hand-stuffed Wisconsin bleu cheese, garlic and feta olives; pepperoncini and jumbo cocktail onions, all of which are available in thousands of bars and liquor stores from coast to coast.

In addition to his work with Dirty Sue, ET continues to serve as the bar manager at Jones Hollywood, which is often called “the Best Bar in LA,” and is the first-ever brand ambassador for Jack Daniel’s. He recently finished writing a Jack Daniel’s cocktail book/travel journal - Jack's Black Book.

He has a number of original cocktails to his credit, the most famous of which is the Jäegermeister-based “Surfer on Acid” which can be ordered in just about any bar in the US.

Other recent highlights include:

- One of three bartenders chosen by a major Russian vodka producer to work as US ambassadors at the Moscow Bar Show
- Featured during the popular Sundance Chanel Show, “Iconoclasts”
- Featured in the 75th Anniversary edition of the Mr. Boston Cocktail Book
- ET has placed cocktails on menus at local craft cocktail bars and national chains such as Real Mex, Buffalo Wild Wings, San Antonio Winery, BJ’s, The Brigantine Group, Outback Steakhouse and Appleby’s
- Currently shopping a cocktail challenge show, for which a pilot has been shot
- In talks to consult for a soon-to-be-launched cocktail network for the web
- Recently opened Church Bar in Brooklyn with partners Michael Neff and Damian Windsor
- Has been perfecting a Pina Colada recipe with his father since the late '70's...
